One Drop at a Time: Rebuilding Trust in Yourself
People sometimes assume CHIA-TEA began because I loved tea. That is only partly true. Tea mattered because it gave me a language for something I could not name: the belief that healing does not require urgency. I moved to Florida alone after 39 years of marriage. Not leaving my husband. Finding myself. Nothing worked the way I planned. Cars broke down. The fridge died. Loans fell through. But hope returned. Not in a rush. In drops. One breath. One walk by the ocean. One cup of tea. One blessing I had overlooked. The STOP meditation: Stop. Take a Breath. Observe. Proceed. You do not need to pour a whole pot right now. You only need one drop. It is not mountains you need to move today. It is one small pebble with a great big ripple effect. Keep brewing.
